To further support our Business Development team in Transportation Denmark, we are seeking a Proposal Manager to develop high-quality tenders, ensure their timely submission and ultimately secure major project wins.

As part of our skilled Business Development team, you will manage mid-sized transportation tenders crafting value propositions and compelling proposal content. The role will report to Senior Market Director, Transportation Denmark, Peter Hostrup Rasmussen and you will work from our Lyngby office.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Lead mid-sized tenders within roads, airports and railways, ensuring persuasive value propositions and standout proposal content.
• Manage high-quality proposals through effective capture plans, executive summaries, and visual storytelling.
• Prepare compelling proposal presentations and coordinating rehearsals.
• Support pricing and commercial strategy in close dialogue with stakeholders.
• Ensure proposal consistency, compliance, and timely submissions across ongoing tenders.

On top of that, you will have:

• Extensive experience in leading proposals or bids within the consulting, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
• Thorough knowledge of proposal development processes, including capture planning and commercial aspects.
• Proficient communication and writing skills in Danish with a keen attention to detail and visual storytelling.
• Skilled in stakeholder coordination across disciplines and geographies.
• Disciplined, motivated, and equipped to manage multiple deadlines in an active workplace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably Adobe InDesign or other design tools used in proposal creation.
