We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to further build and accelerate our commercial partnership momentum in Dixa. You will be responsible for defining and not least executing on Dixa’s partnership strategy.
We believe partnerships can be a major growth driver for Dixa and we have the first results to show this. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing key partnerships that drive customer acquisition, increase product adoption, and generate revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to maximize the impact of our partnerships in Dixa.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the Global Partnerships strategy for Dixa, working closely with the CRO and entire Dixa leadership on the partnerships strategy for the short, medium and long term.
- Responsible for driving commercial results through partners - you will be measured on partners’ contribution to the overall growth of Dixa and our mutual success
- Responsible for significantly increasing the revenue generated through partners for Dixa globally. The role will be focused on tracking and increasing partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR.
- Work in close collaboration with the wider GTM leaders on ensuring the GTM strategy is executed effectively and to an exceptionally high standard.
- Work cross-functionally to create partnerships and set up for success, from working with the product and intelligence teams to identifying prospective partners, to proactively growing partnerships through sales and marketing efforts.
- Educate our internal sales reps (Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Solutions Consultants, Customer Support) on the partnerships that we have in place to ensure we are maximising the revenue potential from these partnerships.
- Develop and implement co-selling and co-marketing programs with key partners to drive revenue growth. Establish a partnership playbook for sales, CS, and marketing to maximize partner-driven opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners to scale the program, build out the native integration ecosystem and provide introductions to partners in order to receive introductions in return and impact NRR of existing Dixa customers.
- The day-to-day of this position will involve running internal and external enablements, collaborating with different Dixa departments, individual stakeholders for specific partner deals, outreaching/qualifying/onboarding partners and syncing with product on improving native integrations.
Who you are
- Experience: 5 years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in SaaS or customer service/experience technology.
- Proven Track Record: Success in building and scaling partner programs that drive revenue and customer acquisition
- Strong Commercial Acumen; You know how to drive commercial results & you’ve held budgets and targets before - and have delivered on them (e.g. as an Account Executive)
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to define and execute a long-term partnership strategy
- Strong Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to develop and maintain high-impact relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Structured: You are organized & can run many things in parallel to achieve results
- Data-Driven: Ability to measure, analyze, and optimize partnership performance
- You’re a proactive problem-solver; you identify opportunities to improve and you take pride in being accountable to do so
- Excellent Communication: Strong presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- You're passionate about helping our customers to achieve CX greatness with Dixa.
- Able to think creatively in complex situations and provide value in the development of strategic plans for existing customers and new logo prospects.
- You are not afraid to take ownership and have fantastic stakeholder management skills.
