At Lunar we are democratizing the power of money and changing the way we all bank, pay, and invest. Since starting in Aarhus in 2015, we've grown rapidly and are now a major player in the Nordics, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Stockholm 🚀

With our own banking license, we go head-to-head with traditional banks. As we continue our journey to becoming the best and smartest everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Head of Analytics to lead and scale our high-performing product analytics team so that we can build even stronger, insight-driven experiences for our users. As our new Head of Analytics you will be part of our Product team. The team currently comprises amazing individuals working in Aarhus and Copenhagen who are focused on translating data into business impact within the broader Product function, led by Christina Vestergaard.

What will you do?

• Shape our analytics strategy and foster a data-first mindset that fuels product innovation and business growth
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of expert data analysts, driving a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and impact
• Partner across functions—product, design, engineering, and more—to define data requirements and drive strategic decisions
• Own and optimise the analytics ecosystem, ensuring we have robust, scalable tools for KPIs, dashboards, and insights
• Establish efficient processes for ad-hoc and recurring requests, enabling better decision-making across the company

• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments where change is embraced
• Solid understanding of modern data technologies and frameworks
• Bonus: Experience in financial services, fintech, or banking
• Fluent in English—both written and spoken
