Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing specialist to join our talent acquisition team with experience of 3.5 to 5 years. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to support our company’s growth

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify and attract potential candidates.Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Screening & Assessment: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts. Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate records in the sourcing tool. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activity to the team.

Must have:

• Should have worked in IT Contract staffing - Domestic
• Strong communication – articulation experience
• 3 days Hybrid – from Emagine office
• Nonconventional Recruitment Methods – LinkedIn recruiter, Hirist ,referrals, Social Meetups, hiring drive
• Quality recruitment without supervision – Good Conversion
• Strong Recruiting / Sourcing skill – Conventional / Non-conventional
• Can make Relationship building
• Solution making mindset – Ability to navigate to chaos
• Sales oriented – ability to pitch and extrapolate
• Proactiveness / Ability to triage
