Save Company Profile Follow Following Share As our new Head of Hardware Test & Verification, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our analytical solutions for the food industry, impacting the quality of every product we develop and manufacture. We help ensure quality from A-Z FOSS develops the world’s best analytical solutions for food industries and sees test and verification of our products as an integrated part of this work. The Test & Verification team guides the development engineers to make solid choices during the design phase and provide confidence in quality during manufacturing. On the one hand we conduct tests during the development phase of new instruments and on the other hand we also develop the tests for the final products as part of the production process. For the production tests, we are also looking ahead to support new production processes when we open our new factory in Vinge, Denmark next winter. On top, the team is also driving the legal product compliance of our products in relation to IEC 61010, 3A, EHEDG, ATEX etc., in cooperation with our legal compliance dept. The workday you can look forward to You will lead and grow a high-performing, inclusive team of Test & Verification project managers, engineers and technicians. The team is characterized by deep professionalism, as well as a desire to always improve our processes and quality of service. Your day-to-day life will be with the team, as well as reaching out to large parts of our organization, including production facilities within Denmark and China as well R&D activities, also in Hungary. You will be a member of the R&D Hardware Management Team, covering Electronics, Mechanics, Test & Verification as well as Production Engineering. What will make you fit in well You are experienced with managing a cross-functional team of highly skilled employees, with a solid people understanding and always positive approach. We imagine that you: Have a master’s degree in engineering, preferably in electronics, software, or mechanics Enjoy maneuvering in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders Excel in communication, both technical and non-technical Are able to quickly understand complex technical and practical problems Experience with hardware testing, production test solutions, and compliance regulations preferred.
