YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU

In this role, you’ll work hands-on with core financial processes and get valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of a finance department. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced accounting controllers and finance professionals in a supportive and fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position, offering 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities ahead of you:

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Scan and register incoming invoices into our invoice workflow system
• Ensure invoices are accurately routed for prompt processing
• Assist in streamlining and automating the invoice handling process

General Accounting & Finance Tasks:

• Support accounting controllers with month-end close activities
• Assist with bank reconciliations and perform various reconciliation tasks
• Work on intercompany reconciliations to ensure the accurate reporting of balances
• Perform administrative and data entry tasks that support the overall finance function
Get involved in process improvement initiatives across our financial operations

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• A current student in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (preferably with at least 2 years remaining in your studies)
• Organized, methodical, and eager to learn about the inner workings of a company's financial processes
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable using various finance systems
• A proactive team player with strong communication skills
• Able to manage tasks independently while contributing effectively to team projects
