Integration Architect

ARE YOU READY TO ENABLE GANNI TO SCALE WITH OUR API-CENTRIC INTEGRATION PLATFORM AND MANY EXITING PROJECTS? GANNI IS LOOKING FOR AN INTEGRATION ARCHITECT TO STEER THE DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT AS TECH LEAD ON UPCOMING PROJECTS.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
GANNI is on an exciting growth journey with a goal to become a digital first direct to consumer brand - on that journey the Digital & Data department will be key in building an agile infrastructure around our systems. We believe that this role will be in the center of the action where technology meets business.

The ideal candidate is a person who can translate business needs into technical solutions and can act as a sparring partner for stakeholders at all levels within our organization. As part of the Integration Team in the Digital & Data department you will work closely with your peers in the department ranging from Data platform & Analytics to ERP, Omni-channel, IT Operations and PMO.

As an architect you will act as tech lead on core transformation projects such as PLM and ERP among others. You will play a key role in the initial phases of the projects by scoping, analyzing and creating designs. While you will be a technical adviser throughout the whole project implementation phase working closely with the project manager and overseeing the technical implementation. We believe that you are able to prioritize and break-down tasks as well as steer the development of external developers. We also expect that sometimes you need to work more hands-on and sometimes you need to zoom out to ensure that we are on the right track.

We expect that you have a deep technical background and that you have an opinion on how things should be built. We believe that you are keen to work in a growth organization where you will have the opportunity to develop yourself over time with new responsibilities.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Support integrations throughout the entire application cycle from analysis, design, development, implementation, test, documentation to monitoring and continuous improvement. Ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the process.
• Experience of working from a holistic perspective and translating business needs into a technical plan: design, system and integrations.
• A demonstrable track record as a full stack developer and/or tech lead, driving significant impact.
• Experience of integration platforms, preferable Azure Integration Services e.g. Logic Apps, Function Apps & Azure Service Bus
• Solid experience of integration technologies, API Design and Management (e.g. REST/SOAP, OpenAPI)
• Be able to make high level design choices of technical standards of platform, software, coding, and tools etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and communicate clearly with all stakeholders
• Experience of working with several external development vendors and vendor management.
• Show a willingness to adapt and work in a fast paced environment and are able to take decisions and work independently.

ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with a Best of breed system landscape and an API-centric Composable Architecture based on microservices.
• Experience of Agile methodology.
• Experience with Azure API management (and possibly API center)
• Experience with different storage technologies in Azure (ex. Azure SQL DB, Cosmos DB, Storage Account)
• Knowledge of EDI technologies
• .NET C# coding experience
