In the role of Marketing Content Project Manager – Video Solutions in the Brand, Content & Digital (BCD) team within the Jabra marketing team you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will be responsible for helping develop and deliver all of the marketing content needed to bring our video products to life. You will work closely with the product marketing team, the creative team, agency partners, and our regional marketers to develop content toolkits that showcase our video products across all parts of the customer journey.
The team you will be part of:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Content Project Management, you will join the BCD team within the global marketing department. Working alongside a multi-disciplined team of creatives, content producers, project managers, and digital experts responsible for our brand strategy, campaign development, and content creation. Crucially, you’ll serve as the bridge between the HQ marketing team to the regional teams, ensuring the campaigns and content we produce for our video solutions offer real value and effect.
This team is made up of individuals from various backgrounds, working together to establish Jabra as a recognized name in each category we operate in. We are a team that makes things happen.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Assume ownership of all of the product launch toolkits we produce across our video segments developing campaign strategy and assets that have real business impact
Work closely with the Proposition & Product Marketing team to receive briefs on new launches/stories and translate these into effective creative briefs for the creative team to turn into creative concepts
Oversee the campaign planning – working closely with the regional teams on how they will execute, ensuring we deliver the right content
Act as the bridge within the BCD team that interfaces with other key marketing functions both within HQ and across regions at all levels.
You will work with the regional teams on identifying opportunities to inject content and stories that can both have a commercial impact and shape brand sentiment
Customer journey mapping – develop a deep understanding of our target audience and deliver compelling assets
Set campaign KPIs, monitor and report performance, making recommendations for asset optimization as needed
Management of project timelines and budget, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of toolkits
Ensure effective delivery of assets into markets
Support on other product launches across audio & software as needed
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
You are an experienced project manager
Bring video solutions content experience within the B2B segment
You come with either agency or brand project/planning experience
Possess a background in creating and implementing toolkits for product launches, demonstrating the ability to provide effective content
Adept at working with external agencies and/or in-house creative teams to ensure production timelines are met and project delivery
Have the ability to interrogate proposition briefs and bring them to life for our agency partners and in-house creative team to get the best results
Are curious about the customer journey and what assets will be best to influence the customer at all parts of the journey
Are curious about business performance and how you can affect this through your work
Understand the role marketing content can have in delivering commercial and business goals
Are skilled at delivering presentations that resonate with both internal teams and external groups
Are advanced at stakeholder management and interpersonal relations, allowing for effective networking across different areas and teamwork with peers
Possess a work style that supports swift engagement and the ability to navigate shifting priorities effectively.
