As our Product Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Jabra Enterprise video, speak and headset product ranges throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance processes, identify and resolve quality issues, and ensure continuous improvement initiatives. The team you will be part of: At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of our global Product Quality function, where you report to Senior Manager, Development Quality, Niels Kløve. You work across the organization, covering the Global Quality Function & R&D, Product Management (GPPM), Marketing and Operations. You will also collaborate with external quality and sales partners. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will: Manage development quality processes for our Enterprise video, speak, and headset product range. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met. Set reliability and performance requirements by developing and implementing quality control procedures, testing protocols, and performance metrics. Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas for enhancement. Provide guidance and support to the development team to resolve quality-related issues. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on quality metrics and project progress. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve quality assurance practices. Utilize DFMEA, CTQ, QFD, design guidelines, DOE, quality feedback loop, and quality planning. To thrive in the role, we imagine that you: Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Candidates with an advanced degree are encouraged to apply. Experience in quality management for video systems or related technology. Knowledge of Teams and Zoom platforms. Can train and mentor team members and colleagues on quality assurance best practices. Use a rational approach to thinking A capable project-, and stakeholder manager able to collaborate across organizational functions and levels. Experience with agile development methodologies. Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for video, speaker, headsets, and communication systems. Ability to effectively communicate in English and can support our values of Listen, Challenge and Transform. Eligibility to work in Denmark. At a personal level, we image that you are detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality. You are also capable of working as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should also expect there to 1-2 weeks of travel activity needed on a yearly basis, which of course is possible to plan.
