Your new role
This is a newly established role, where you will work closely with the Head of Board Secretariat. Your overall responsibility will be to provide administrative support in different workstreams to ensure that planning, preparation and execution of Board meetings run efficiently and to ensure that securities law and governance practices are followed and further developed. In addition, you will provide daily support to the Head of Board Secretariat with a wide variety of tasks. Your areas of responsibility will, amongst other, include support with:

You will be part of the Board Secretariat, which is a key component of Global Legal, Compliance & Sustainability. Reporting to Snr. Director, Jakob Østergaard Mikkelsen, you will join a highly skilled team that values diligence, empathy, openness, humor, and respect in the way we work together. Your new team is based in Valby, Copenhagen, and collaborates closely with our colleagues in Krakow, Poland, US, China and our Regional Legal & Compliance Officers around the globe.
