For our Field Service Engineering Team (Honeywell Building Solutions) based in Vallensbaek we are currently looking for a Senior Field Service Supervisor.
Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to drive motivation and productivity

Service Delivery:

• Oversee the planning and scheduling of field service visits to meet customer requirements and service level agreements
• Ensure the timely and successful completion of service tasks, addressing any issues or delays as they arise

Customer Satisfaction:

• Monitor and assess customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive steps to enhance service quality and resolve any customer concerns.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical expertise and support to field service technicians, assisting with complex or escalated service issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

Resource Management:

• Manage the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize service efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including inventory and equipment usage

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards to ensure a safe working environment for the team
• Conduct regular safety training and inspections.
