For our Building Automation division in Vallensbaek Strand, near Copenhagen, we are having an opportunity to join as a:

Senior Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

As a Senior Field Service Technician at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional technical support and service to our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our advanced building automation systems. Your expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and the satisfaction of our clients.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager, and you'll work out of our Vallensbaek Strand location, near Copenhagen in Denmark.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and functionality of our building automation systems, ensuring that our customers' facilities are safe, energy-efficient, and productive. Your technical skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential in diagnosing and resolving issues, as well as providing preventive maintenance to prevent future problems.

Your profile:
· Experience in automation engineering, field service or technical support

· Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building automation systems

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

· The ability to deliver effective communication and customer service in Danish. In addition to basic English.

· Relevant certifications in building automation systems

· Experience with Honeywell building automation products
