As our new Marine Labour Relations Manager you will join a team with two other colleagues that report to the Global Head of Marine Labour Relations. The Global Marine Labour Relations team is responsible for the following main areas:
The team is part of the Marine People and Culture Team, which is responsible for the safe manning of the owned fleet consisting of around 300 vessels and is a key enabler of the Fleet Management and Technology strategy. The function manages a pool of around 12,000 seafaring colleagues from 34 different nations and is focused on creating a psychologically safe, respectful, and inclusive working environment for our colleagues at sea.

The job is based in Copenhagen in Maersk’s offices in Nordhavn. You will join a passionate group of colleagues in the Marine People & Culture Team, which is part of the global Fleet Management & Technology organization.
