About the Role

Join us at Maersk, where we are on an ambitious journey to achieve net-zero emissions by 2040. In the Future Power Solutions Team, we focus on optimizing power generation and energy streams across our modern fleet of containerships, while exploring and testing innovative technologies that will drive the shipping industry toward a sustainable future.

We are seeking an experienced marine professional who possesses not only strong technical knowledge but also exceptional project and stakeholder management skills. Your pragmatic approach to finding solutions at the intersection of technology, ship installation, regulatory considerations, and commercial insights will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Analyze the potential of new technologies to improve efficiency and facilitate the decarbonization of our existing and new vessels.
• Project Development: Lead projects through all phases of development, from technical concept evaluation and business proposal creation to technology maturation, pilot testing, and preparing for rollout on our fleet of owned and chartered vessels.
• Data Integration: Leverage your understanding of ship systems and machinery to analyze data from our vessels, enabling the qualification and selection of new vendors and technologies.
• Project Execution: Manage and contribute to the successful execution of projects aimed at enhancing fleet technology and sustainability.
