Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Do you have a passion for sales, are you technically adept and like to inspire customers on the phone with your specialist knowledge?

As an inside sales representative, you will support us by making targeted telephone contacts to generate offers and follow up on orders. You will make a significant contribution to the success of our company!

Your primary areas of responsibility:

• Active telephone advice and support for existing and new customers
• Calculation of prices and offers
• Follow-up of open offers and appointments to further increase sales opportunities.
• Processing customer inquiries and orders, including product advice and configuration
• Close cooperation with the sales force and other departments

That's what makes you special:

• Completed technical training or studies, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, technician, engineer, or a comparable qualification - alternatively commercial training with an interest in technology
• Ideally first experience in sales
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Office, experience in a merchandise management system an advantage
• Enjoy working in a team and providing direct customer support
• Good written and spoken English skills
