Types of tasks:

As a process engineer in NIRAS Life Science, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of exciting and different tasks. We expect that you can independently and by listening to the customer, advise on process-related topics at a strategic level, as well as contribute to the preparation of the specific solutions.

We work in all project phases from feasibility studies, business cases, Conceptual, - basic, - and detailed design, qualification and validation as well as commissioning of process plants. Below are some of your potential assignments:

• Advise the customer on new technologies on process plants and equipment.
• Optimization of current processes, including compliance and capacity.
• Prepare URSs, carry out risk analyzes with a focus on effective implementation of qualification and validation at a high qualitative level.
• Design and specification of upstream process equipment, including fermentation, cultivation and vaccines as well as experience with the downstream processes (Chromatography, filtration, etc.).
• Preparation of project materials, including job descriptions, PI diagrams and component lists.

• Input for 2D / 3D drawings.
• Direct involvement in sales and networking activities, including quotation work. We expect you, through your network and your positive customer relationships, to actively contribute to our department growing, because we have earned ourselves to be the customer's preferred partner.
• Collaborate with other NIRAS departments across our many areas of expertise.

Your professional profile:

You have solid experience from production in the Pharma & Life Science industry and are comfortable working in a GMP environment and can ensure deliveries, quality and high customer satisfaction.

You see yourself as an important part of the development of the business.

If you have experience with the process supplies related to the process equipment, it is a great advantage, but not crucial.
