Process Project Manager

Your new workday will include:

• Managing multidisciplinary investment projects, including investments in the food, chemical, cosmetics, and advanced manufacturing industries;
  • Defining and coordinating project requirements across various sectors of the investment project, utilizing engineering and investor resources;
  • Verifying process documentation, including process schematics, P&ID diagrams, block diagrams, and flow charts;
  • Managing the process scope to define the necessary requirements for its integration in terms of electrical and automation aspects;
  • Supervising multidisciplinary project teams involved in process, mechanical, electrical, and automation integration for production lines and process installations;
  • Functionally verifying newly designed production installations;
  • Conducting regular reviews of the project scope in its various sectors;
  • Identifying and assigning tasks for the project team;
  • Identifying and actively managing project risks at various stages of design and implementation;
  • Managing the interfaces between different sectors of the project - in terms of process, electrical and automation, architecture, and building installations;
  • Defining technical and contractual requirements for ordered project execution scopes and actively verifying them at various stages of implementation;
  • Verifying and agreeing with suppliers on the scope of project execution work;
  • Defining and managing the project schedule during the design and implementation stages;
  • Developing and managing the investment budget;
  • Managing changes in project scope and changes during the implementation stage;
  • Creating design and implementation schedules for production installations.

We are looking for applicants who have:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing industrial investment projects;
• Higher technical education;
• Proficiency in English and Polish;
• Willingness to undertake periodic business trips.
