Senior Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to take charge of our significant industrial investments. Your new workday will include:

• Managing the construction and the entire supervision team dedicated to its implementation (package managers, supervision inspectors, construction manager, staff responsible for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) aspects, planning, settlements, and cost control, project engineers, and others);
• Ensuring and controlling the progress of work carried out by contractors, in accordance with the expected quality and schedule;
• Building a positive relationship with the investor and acting as the main point of contact for the client in all matters related to the construction process;
• Responsibility for ensuring the highest HSE standards during the contract implementation;
• Planning and ensuring the appropriate quantity and quality of resources necessary for construction;
• Ensuring the expected level of quality in all aspects of work execution on the construction site;
• Responsibility for the correct functioning of the cost control system and registration of changes to the project;
• Providing the highest standard of construction management services, in accordance with company standards and procedures;
• Ensuring effective cross-disciplinary coordination between contractors working on the construction site;
• Regular reporting to the client and senior management;

We are looking for applicants who have:

• Higher technical education;
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in construction;
• Extensive experience in the role of Construction Manager / Contract Manager acquired on the side of the general contractor in the implementation of significant industrial investments;
• Alternatively, experience in the structures of an EPC/EPCM type company as a construction/project manager managing a construction project in a packaging system;
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective relationship building with project participants;
• Flexibility in action, multitasking, ability to prioritize tasks, and working based on a tight schedule;
• Experience in promoting and implementing the highest HSE standards on construction sites;
• Proficiency in English and Polish;
• Mobility and openness to work on assignment;
