About the role
Join us as an Associate Quality Engineer and become part of a team of experienced Quality Engineers and Project Quality Managers. You’ll support large, cross-disciplinary pharma projects, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to real project execution from the beginning.

How you might spend your days
As an Associate Quality Engineer, you’ll:

• Work closely with experienced colleagues to plan and execute quality activities
  
• Drive quality processes in complex engineering projects across disciplines
  
• Interact with customers, suppliers, project teams, and other stakeholders
  
• Support with reviews, and support our disciplines in handling quality related issues
  
• Learn about project quality frameworks and international quality standards
  
• Take part in team development and contribute to our collaborative culture
  
• Occasionally travel, both internationally (e.g., supplier visits) and domestically to our Kalundborg site

• A degree in biotechnology, pharmaceutical production, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or
• another relevant field
  
• Some hands-on experience from student jobs, internships, or academic projects
  
• A strong interest in quality activities and pharma production
