The Commercial Excellence area focuses on growth and sales enablement across the NNIT organization. We are part of the Communications, Marketing and Commercial Excellence department and with a focus on Commercial Excellence you will become an integral part of this area. An important part of the team

Your tasks will be within our Commercial Excellence area with a focus on Sales Enablement, but you will get a broad insight into the various tasks in the department.

Your tasks as a student assistant will reflect the need to support the department's employees and the business in the best possible way. However, you also get independent tasks, which you are allowed to do more on your own, which are adapted to your skills and wishes in relation to the direction of your education.

The tasks will include the following:

• Assist in maintenance of sales- and business processes and support in the organizational adaptation of these
• Assist in building and maintaining commercial reporting & KPIs to support commercial enablement in the NNIT regional setup
• Assist in sales process governance including some CRM system handling
• Involvement in development of commercial training and change management in the global organization including communication
• Work in the MS suite in particular in Excel and PowerPoint, which requires a certain level of experience in these is required

We find it very important to give you tasks in the areas that interest and develop you and continuously follows up on your development.

Your profile:

• You are studying the last part of your bachelor's or have just started your master’s in a relevant higher education (e.g. finance, business, commercial or the likes) and are ambitious with your studies
• You have some understanding of working in a commercially driven organization maybe even within the IT or consulting space
• You are proficient in both MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• You have strong analytical skills and an eye for details
• You are proficient in data and process analysis and related tools - knowledge of data management in PowerBI reporting is an advantage
• You are a strong writer in both Danish and English, and know how to structure and present both data-analytical and process-analytical findings
• You take initiative, are good at keeping track of both the details and the overall process and enjoy being part of a team where your opinion is heard
