We are seeking dedicated professionals who are willing to relocate to Greece - we provide a relocation package!

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.

About the project:

You will be supporting Danish-speaking clients of Vattenfall, a Swedish multinational power company that specializes in the generation, distribution, and sale of electricity and heat. Owned by the Swedish government, Vattenfall is one of Europe's largest energy companies and is committed to transitioning to sustainable energy sources, with significant investments in wind, hydro, and solar power.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will respond to telephone and written inquiries from existing customers
• You'll seek information and provide assistance on topics such as switching electricity suppliers, on-account payments and invoice enquiries.
• You'll ensure a professional and friendly customer support
• Address inquiries regarding both new and existing services and solutions offered by our client, as well as handle complaints promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot technical issues as they emerge and work towards their resolution.

What you will need:

• Fluent level of Danish language (at least C1)
• Good level of English language (at least B2)
• Communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
• Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
• Be open to a permanent relocation to Greece - with our excellent relocation package!

What you will gain:

• full time contract with a Greek employer
• Standard salary of 1029€ gross x 14 months
• Performance Bonus up to: 300€ gross per month
• 100 € gross per month after spending the first 6 months in the company as a salary increase.
• After finishing your first 12 months in the company, your salary increase will be additional 50 € gross per month
• FREE ACCOMMODATION: Stay in an apartment paid by the company upon availability (electricity bills excluded OR 300,00€ Gross to cover accommodation for as long as you are employed by the company
