We are seeking dedicated professionals who are willing to relocate to Greece - we provide a relocation package!

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.

About the project:

You will be supporting Danish-speaking clients of Netflix, an American subscription video on-demand over-the-top streaming service. The service primarily distributes original and acquired films and television shows from various genres, and it is available internationally in multiple languages.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues
• Provide information on subscription plans
• Assist with account management and billing
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams

What you will need:

• Fluent level of Danish language (at least C1)
• Good level of English language (at least B2)
• Communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
• Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
• Be open to a permanent relocation to Greece - with our excellent relocation package!

What you will gain:

• Standard salary of 1300€ gross x 14 months
