IT Support- Student Assistant

We are looking for a Fresh IT Support- Student Assistant to join our team.

In the new position as an IT supporter, you will be the point of contact for employees and management relating to all IT issues connected to the corporate network. As this is a new position, we expect that our new IT supporter will contribute to improving and optimizing processes and being a proactive part of the onboarding of new employees.

Key responsibilities

Ensure that the corporate IT network and appliances are working. This includes:

• Onboarding and offboarding employees - Define, document, and execute the process for providing new employees with access to all necessary resources.

• Manage hardware and software - Install, configure and maintain laptops, printers, scanners, workstations, and network (VPN).

• Keep an updated inventory of all the company's appliances.

• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

Requirements:

• Relevant education within IT is preferred

• Proactive

• Responsible

• Good cooperation and communication skills

• Fluent in English. (Fluent in Danish will be positive)
