Redeem Tech is growing quickly, and we are looking for a sales assistant to join our team and aid us in our growth journey. As a sales assistant, you will be tasked with executing various activities related to growing our sales in the Danish market, and new market penetration. We want you to possess an in-depth knowledge of our company's products and services and you should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers. You should be driven to achieve your sales goals and should have excellent sales and customer service skills.

 

Good To Know:

  • We would like you to start as soon as possible.

  • It is a Commission based position right now. The candidate will get a commission based on performance. After completion of the 3-month provisional period, the candidate will be considered for a full-time position based on performance.

     

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.

  2. Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.

  3. Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

  4. Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.

  5. Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.

  6. Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.

  7. Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.

  8. Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.

     

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Experience in sales, technology, and human Resource field.

  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

  4. The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.

  5. Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

  6. Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with Clients.

  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  8. Excellent presentation and creativity skills
