Operation Assistant

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for students looking for an internship or volunteer position where they can gain hands-on experience in technologies, e-commerce operations, supply chain, and business management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor & Supplier Communication: Assist in day-to-day communication with suppliers and logistics partners. Help with order follow-ups, shipment tracking, and stock updates.

• Supply Chain Coordination: Support the team in managing inventory levels, restocking schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.

• Sales Support: Monitor webshop sales, help analyze trends, and prepare simple sales reports.

• Operational Oversight: Assist in daily webshop operations including order processing, return handling, and customer follow-ups.

• Growth Support: Contribute to market research, help identify new product opportunities, and support the execution of marketing campaigns.

• Expense Tracking: Help track operational expenses and maintain organized records for review.

• Process Improvement: Propose ideas for improving workflows, increasing efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Currently studying business, marketing, logistics, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online sales processes

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable using spreadsheets and online tools (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)

• Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
