Introduction & Summary
On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, emagine is seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to join their Vault Quality Agile Release Train (ART). As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of features and processes within a technical scrum team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Lean-Agile methodologies, with a proven track record in large-scale Agile environments. You will empower your team and facilitate collaboration across regions to drive continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master, your core responsibility will be to guide and support the scrum team.
Act as Scrum Master for a technical team implementing Mulesoft integrations and related features.
Coordinate activities and plan dependencies with other teams.
Manage team backlog tasks, including writing/reviewing documentation and executing tests.
Facilitate team events and ensure productive discussions and outcomes.
Coach and mediate conflicts within the team, fostering collaboration.
Track and address impediments, escalating issues as necessary.
Assist the scrum team in aligning expectations during events such as Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, RTE, and Agile Coach to enhance the maturity of the Vault Quality ART.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
An academic background in Business-IT, Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
Extensive experience with Lean-Agile methodologies, preferably with SAFe or DevOps certifications.
Experience working with diverse technical IT delivery teams.
Proven ability to build followership and coach teams in Agile practices.
Capacity to engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in managing challenging conversations.
