Experienced Scrum Master with Data Management or BI experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with 3-5 years of experience and a solid understanding of Data Management or Business Intelligence (BI) for one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. Our ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership qualities, an ability to enhance team performance, and a keen focus on delivering value aligned with ART objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master, you will be pivotal in fostering an agile environment and ensuring smooth delivery of projects.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and meetings
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Act as a servant leader to your team
• Track and manage team progress
• Assist in resolving impediments that hinder team performance
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives
• Encourage collaboration among team members
• Support the adoption of agile best practices
• Provide coaching and guidance as needed

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Data Management or Business Intelligence
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Certifications such as CSM or PSM are a plus
• Experience with Agile project management tools

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and techniques
• Experience in mentoring other Scrum Masters or Agile teams

Location: Ballerup, Copenhagen

Allocation: 100%

Start date: 1st of April 2025

Duration: 5 months with possibility of extension
