Join the LEGO Group as a Senior People Partners and drive the people agenda for either our Global Supply Chain Operations or our Engineering & Workplace team. In these 2 strategic roles, you will partner with senior leaders to shape org design, lead change, build capabilities, and enable team effectiveness. Core Responsibilities
- Provide strategic partnering to the Senior Leadership within our Operations business area, respectively either Global Supply Chain Operations or Engineering & Workplace.
- Taking a leading role with Senior Management on organizational vision, design and development to meet strategic priorities of the LEGO Group.
- Give strategic advice and set directions for the respective people agenda that goes beyond the immediate business area, and links with the overall transition towards stronger ownership in the business
- Facilitate change management processes and enable the organization for the delivery of the future strategy (capability assessment and building processes), support leadership team in org development, talent management; co-create and drive the engagement agenda
- Act as trusted coach and sparring partner for people leaders to drive performance and team effectiveness
- Advise and co-develop the leadership team as an effective team with the respective Senior Vice Presidents.
- Lead strong and impactful deployment of core HR processes in collaboration with the global Communities of expertise

People Partnering organization covers HR (PPC) Business Partnering as well as Employee Relations including employee relations, benefits, policies and execution. The partnering organization is responsible for developing and deploying the people & culture agenda in line with the LEGO Group´s strategic direction.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for 2 candidate who ideally brings solid experience as a Strategic HR Business Partner in a global, matrixed organization, preferable within the Engineering or Supply Chain field combined with strong eye for business. In addition, we expect to see
- Strong partner management skills evidenced through solid written and verbal communication ability; managing partners at all levels of the organization and external institutions as well
- Proven track record in business savviness and linking this to the people agenda
- Experience working with data to inform, make proposals and influence decisions,
- Track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Open minded, solution and result oriented, structured, and a strong collaborative attitude
