Freelance HEOR Biotech Consultant

Overview

Our client is seeking a Director of HEOR in the biotech industry to lead and support the team in conducting health economic analyses and outcomes research for biotechnology products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotech and a deep understanding of HEOR methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct health economic modelling to assess the economic impact of biotechnology products
• Develop and execute outcomes research studies to demonstrate the value of biotech products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic HEOR insights and recommendations
• Analyse and interpret real-world evidence to inform pricing and market access strategies, and advise on commercialisation strategies
• Prepare and present findings to internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders and decision-makers
  
  

Qualifications

• MSc. in health economics, health services research, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in conducting HEOR studies within the biotech industry
• Strong understanding of health economic modelling techniques and real-world evidence analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive impact at a senior level
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead a team of HEOR experts
• 15 years of experience in the biotech industry with a strong freelance background is absolutely essential
