SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from quoting to completion. This includes coordinating resources, scheduling tasks, managing project timelines, ensuring quality standards and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, and will be able to manage cross-functional teams while maintaining focus on achieving project goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Define project milestones and timelines, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.
• Set clear project objectives and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration across different departments.
• Coordinate team members' activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, teams and external partners.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and budget overruns.
• Proactively resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
• Optimize the use of resources, ensuring the effective allocation and use of people, technology and materials.
• Regularly track project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to determine project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and internal teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in project management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Good level of English.
