As our new Lead Consultant, for our Cyber Security Center of Excellence, you will have the opportunity to manage Cloud Security Consultants, as well as support and enable them to successfully deliver their projects, by maintaining high technical and operational standards. You will take the lead in delivering expert technical guidance for professional services engagements, specializing in Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure, to our valued customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leadership and management of a team of up to 6 Cloud Security Consultants based in the Nordics, across Norway, Sweden, and Finland
• Delivery of cyber security consultancy, advisory and professional services to Crayon customers
• Acting as the trusted advisor for our customers around Microsoft Cloud security
• Providing feedback and support to the security consultants to grow and mature in their role
• Support of security pre-sales as a subject matter and technical expert when needed, to scope requirements and for SOW creation

Your Competencies:

• 4 years of subject matter expertise in at least one of the following: M365, Azure, Entra ID, Purview or Sentinel
• Experience with consultancy and delivery of cyber security and cloud services
• Proven track record of leading technical services teams in complex cloud and networking projects
• Pre-sales experience will be highly regarded
