As our new Microsoft Security Solution Sales Specialist, you will drive the entire sales cycle for our security services, based on Microsoft technology. You will work closely with sales, presales, and partner teams to position Microsoft security products effectively, addressing customer challenges and ensuring business growth. In this role you will be responsible for growing Crayon’s cybersecurity business by driving opportunities with the sales team and offering value propositions to partners and customers based on outcome and business results.
Your responsibilities:
- Drive and support the acquisition of cybersecurity projects in the region
- Lead strategic and technical conversations as well as coach and support internal teams and external partners in understanding Crayon’s value proposition around security services
- Estimate project delivery efforts with local and regional counterparts
- Collaborate with Microsoft, and keep up to speed with technology enhancements and new strategies
- Identify new solutions that might fit our partners’ business needs, as well as qualifying opportunities and positioning Crayon’s security services
Your Competencies:
- 5 years’ experience in cyber security solution sales, focused on selling services around security operations and/or Microsoft cloud security to all sectors
- 3 years’ experience in solution selling through a widely adopted sales methodology (Miller Heiman, MEDDIC etc.)
- 3 years demonstrated bid management and multinational stakeholder management experience
- Verifiable track record of service sales quota achievement as a hunter for the last two years

- You enjoy working in an outgoing role, facilitating workshops and giving presentations
