Responsibilities

Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contractual terms and conditions align with company policies and regulations.
Lead contract negotiations and discussions with vendors, suppliers, and clients to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
