Project Planner

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Planner to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Project Planner, you will play a crucial role in the planning and scheduling of construction projects, particularly in the data center construction industry. Your expertise in project planning tools such as Primavera P6 and your strong background in construction project management will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 software, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
• Collaborate with the project team to gather relevant data and information for accurate project planning
• Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks, providing proactive solutions to mitigate delays
• Analyze project performance metrics and provide timely reports to stakeholders, highlighting key schedule achievements and areas for improvement
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning processes and best practices, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, particularly in the construction industry
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Collaborate with the project team to review project objectives and constraints
• Update and maintain project schedules, incorporating changes and new information as necessary
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate schedule updates and address any concerns or challenges
• Participate in project meetings to provide insights and recommendations for improving project scheduling and planning
• Proactively identify and address potential schedule risks, ensuring timely resolution to minimize project delays
