Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Munich for a Regional Service Engineer. The Regional Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, field service, and maintenance & repair of our products. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring that all services are performed efficiently and effectively. The role also involves communicating with clients and other team members to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Experience in field service and providing on-site support
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Technical support skills to assist with customer queries and problems
Maintenance & repair skills to ensure the smooth operation of products
