Job Description
Lead and coordinate Kanadevia Inova Group IFRS consolidation and quarterly reporting to the parent company in Japan.
Support and train local teams on Group reporting tools.
Supervise statutory financial reporting and external audits for Kanadevia Inova.
Define and lead accounting policies, processes, and procedures across platforms.
Oversee and apply ICS in accordance with Japan SOX and Swiss law.
Champion technological innovations, driving improvements in Group Accounting systems.
Lead M&A projects from an accounting perspective and manage integration workstreams.
Support business units in project development focusing on accounting matters.
Coach and mentor junior team members, providing guidance in accounting and technology.
Qualifications
Proven experience in IFRS consolidation and reporting, with knowledge of reporting systems like Tagetik.
Strong understanding of IFRS standards and accounting policies.
In-depth experience with financial audits, including statutory and consolidated reporting.
Ability to drive technological adoption and system improvements.
Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities with experience supporting junior team members.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
Expertise in accounting for mergers & acquisitions, including integration and purchase price allocation.
