About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate multi-cultural global teams on complex automotive projects. This role requires a strong background in ADAS, Comfort, and Safety Automotive features, as well as expertise in testing methodologies, resource planning, and KPI-driven reporting.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate global testing teams across multiple locations.
  • Develop and maintain System Test Plans and Strategy in alignment with project requirements.
  • Oversee SYS.4 and SYS.5 testing activity, demonstrating high understanding about test methods, methodologies and customer requirements
  • Plan and estimate time, resources (people and hardware), and costs for project quotations.
  • Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies and aSPICE best practices.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, including team velocity, test results, and bug escape rates.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Handle conflict resolution, risk management, and time management within the team.

  • Experience with KPI tracking (team velocity, reporting, bug escape rates).
  • ISTQB Foundation Level Certification.
