To support their European R&D expansion, they are seeking an EU Design Team Director, based in Germany, to lead design and development teams working on next-generation power semiconductor solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for power semiconductor design and development in Europe.
Manage and grow design teams, ensuring high-performance execution and collaboration.
Define and drive design strategies, methodologies, and innovation roadmaps.
Oversee end-to-end semiconductor design processes, from concept to production.
Collaborate with global engineering, product management, and manufacturing teams.
Engage with customers and industry partners to align design efforts with market needs.
Ensure compliance with quality, reliability, and industry standards for power semiconductor design.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or a related field.
Extensive experience in power semiconductor design, including MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC, or GaN technologies.
