Become a part of Siemens Energy as a Project Manager for Digitalization (f/m/d) and play a decisive role in the transformation of our high-voltage switchgear factory in Berlin. Imagine leading innovative digital transformation initiatives that improve our production and logistics capabilities. You will lead the introduction of an innovative shift planning application for our plant employees and be responsible for the digitalization of logistics. With your expertise, you will optimize workforce scheduling and find opportunities for process automation. In doing so, you will work with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions. How you can make a difference

• Management, development and implementation of digitalization strategies to modernize factory operations
• Introduction and management of an innovative shift planning system to effectively optimize workforce scheduling
• Identify and drive opportunities for process automation and optimization using advanced digital tools
• Working with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Monitor project progress, manage risk and ensure the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage
• Many years of professional experience in the field of digitalization in manufacturing and/or logistics
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects with strong project management skills
• Proficiency in ETL processes, preferably with Snowflake or Alteryx, and experience with Tableau or PowerBI for data visualization
• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills and effective communication skills, fluent in German and English
