We're hiring on behalf of a mission-driven, tech-for-good company that's looking for a CRM Systems Manager. Someone who can take ownership of their Zoho CRM, streamline sales and marketing workflows, and lead meaningful process improvements across teams. This is a high-impact role that sits at the heart of operations, connecting sales, marketing, and tech to unlock smarter, more effective ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimise the CRM system (Zoho) and related sales/marketing tools
  • Automate and streamline workflows, ensuring efficient operations across teams
  • Manage internal support requests related to CRM and marketing processes
  • Collaborate closely with tech teams to implement solutions and new tools
  • Ensure data quality, manage reporting, and support dashboard creation


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience with CRM platforms (Zoho or similar)
  • Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Power Automate
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on process efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and APIs to support system customisation and integration
  • Familiarity with no-code platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make) or scripting languages such as Deluge for automation
