We’re looking for a
Principal Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level AI transformation programs with discipline, clarity, and measurable impact. This role requires a strategic operator who thrives on execution, drives change, and ensures AI initiatives not only launch—but scale and stick. You’ll orchestrate large-scale implementations, drive adoption strategies, and establish governance models that enable organizations to embed generative AI capabilities across their operations.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership in Implementation
- Lead end-to-end AI transformation programs, ensuring alignment with both business goals and technical feasibility.
- Develop and execute comprehensive adoption strategies covering change management, upskilling, and process redesign.
- Establish governance frameworks, define success metrics, and create scalable roadmaps for long-term AI integration.
Excellence in Program Management
- Direct cross-functional teams—including consultants, engineers, and SMEs—through disciplined execution of AI programs.
- Manage multiple, concurrent workstreams while addressing integration points, dependencies, and organizational complexity.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks with robust strategies to avoid disruptions and ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate regular syncs, steering committee meetings, and executive business reviews to track progress and maintain strategic alignment.
- Provide transparency, reporting, and communication across functions to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Adapt implementation approaches based on shifting business needs, feedback loops, and emerging AI technologies.
Qualifications
Experience & Educational Background
- 10 years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years leading enterprise software implementations.
- Hands-on experience managing programs within frameworks such as Scrum@Scale, SAFe, Disciplined Agile (DA), or LeSS.
Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly generative AI and its implementation within enterprise ecosystems.
- Proven ability to navigate complex technical architectures, ensuring performance, governance, and security are built into every layer.
Leadership & Business Acumen
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability, urgency, and discipline across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Skilled in structured execution—leveraging methodologies, documentation, and governance models to ensure delivery excellence.
- Effective influencer, capable of aligning peripheral teams and prioritizing program needs to accelerate outcomes.
