Scrum Master

We are looking for a true Servant Leader who will enable and empower Scrum Teams to deliver stuff that matters to our users in the best possible way.

You will collaborate with the Agile PMO to implement the Scrum Framework, coach and mentor teams to deliver value continuously, promote Agile WoW, and foster an Agile mindset throughout the wider organization.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Guide product development teams in applying the Scrum framework and Agile best practices to deliver value frequently and effectively.

• Coach teams to become cross-functional, self-managing, and autonomous.

• Partner with Product Owners to shape and achieve a product vision aligned with the organization’s strategy, ensuring that the user remains the focus and driving force of all activities.

• Support and coach teams in identifying and removing impediments to their progress.

• Facilitate engaging, hands-on workshops and conversations that support the empirical process for teams and stakeholders.

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement through feedback loops and relevant metrics.

• Contribute to and implement initiatives for innovation and organizational transformation.

• Collaborate with our Agile PMO to foster an Agile mindset, promote Agile WoW, and create a shared understanding of the Scrum framework in teams and across the organization.

• Cultivate a team that is a “working family” by fostering a safe, transparent, and trusting environment where the team feels empowered to innovate, communicate openly, and challenge the status quo.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Passionate about doing Scrum and being Agile.

• The right candidate is an experienced and certified Scrum Master with at least 5 years in the role, and holding at least one advanced certification of A-CSM, PSM II, or Scrum@Scale Scrum Master (preferred).

• Has been preferably a software engineer or QA in a previous life, with at least 5 years experience on a Scrum Team that delivered complex solutions.

• Has a minimum of 1 year’s experience with scaled frameworks such as Scrum@Scale (preferred) or SAFe.

• Has sound knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, TDD/BDD, testing automation, and software development best practices.

• Is well-versed with product ownership techniques, and can support the Product Owner and Scrum Team in leveraging these.

• Has experience collaborating with organizational leaders to develop company strategy and OKRs, and aligning these with product vision and strategy.

• Has experience training Scrum Teams and stakeholders in working with the Scrum framework.

• Is well experienced with different workshop tools & techniques, and can effortlessly facilitate various hands-on workshops (virtual and in-person) of 50 participants or more.

• Has at least a Bachelor’s Degree.

• Can speak B1/B2 level English, and other languages are a plus.
