We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead our Player Account Management (PAM) agile team.
The PAM team is responsible for managing all aspects of player account creation and management, including wallet management, login, registration, account settings, bonus management, and supporting third-party communication tools. These areas are crucial to our business success and to delivering an exceptional player experience.
YOUR IMPACT:
Own the customer experience for bonus management across our platform, including Sports and Casino bonuses.
Lead and continuously optimize the player onboarding journey.
Collaborate with CRM teams to define the vision for customer retention across all our brands.
Align and prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, ROI, and overall business objectives.
Utilize both qualitative and quantitative insights to deepen your understanding of our customers and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
Clearly communicate product documentation using tools like detailed mock-ups, user flows, and prototypes to ensure effective understanding and alignment across teams.
Gather and document requirements using Agile methodologies, including themes, epics, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
2-3 Years of Experience as a Product Manager or in a relevant position
Proven experience in designing and implementing bonus systems for iGaming, with a strong preference for Casino bonuses.
Expertise in Agile software product delivery, particularly in a Scrum environment using Jira.
Experience in creating and maintaining product roadmaps.
A successful track record of leading large-scale products from inception to completion.
A data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results and meeting performance goals.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to keep solutions simple and efficient.
Highly motivated, with a drive to work with the best and be the best.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
