Job Posting for Linux Administrator at B2TECH
B2Tech is seeking a Mid-Level DevOps with Linux administration expertise to join our growing DevOps team.
You will be responsible for managing infrastructure, optimizing system performance, and implementing DevOps best practices.
YOUR IMPACT:
Manage, configure, and maintain Linux servers in production and development environments.
Automate system administration tasks using scripting languages (Bash, Python) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and operational processes.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Collaborate with development teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in cloud and on-premise environments.
Manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Enhance system security by applying best practices for hardening, access control, and vulnerability management.
Maintain and improve infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of experience in Linux system administration and DevOps.
Strong proficiency with Linux distributions like Ubuntu, CentOS, or Red Hat.
Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios).
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
Experience with infrastructure automation and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
Solid networking knowledge (IP, DNS, firewalls, routing, load balancing).
Understanding of security best practices, compliance, and system hardening.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
