Job Posting for Reservations & Hospitality Assistant at Business & Pleasure
About the job:
Assist clients with booking, primarily flights & accommodation, and any related hospitality services.
Among the main requirements are:
Manners & Motivation
Excellent knowledge of at least 2 languages (English being one of them) with strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficient computer knowledge & experience in MS Office programs.
Solid knowledge & experience in reservations software systems (GDS preferably Amadeus).
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Hospitality, or similar relevant field. (Certificate in Aviation, Yachting, Shipping or similar relevant field is also accepted)
Professionalism and ability to work in a timely manner, under pressure.
Relevant working experience in designing and executing travel itineraries, ideally for high-end guests will be considered a plus.
