DIRIGO is a fast-growing company operating in the boutique hospitality and events management sector. We are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences to our clients and guests.


We are currently seeking a motivated candidate to join our Reservations Department. Based in our head offices in Kifissia, Greece, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing booking and reservation services to customers over the phone or via email, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Handle booking and reservation inquiries from customers over the phone or via email


  • Assist customers in making and modifying reservations according to their preferences and needs.


  • Process payments and send confirmation details to customers promptly and accurately


  • Address any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations, ensuring swift resolution to maintain customer satisfaction


  • Collaborate with the hotel personnel to coordinate guest stays, ensuring all requests are accommodated and guests have an excellent experience


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Fluency in oral and written English


  • PC literacy and good knowledge of MS Office


  • Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service


  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and customer information


  • Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts, as well as weekends and holidays
