In this role, you will manage customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats.
Understand customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Provide accurate, relevant information using the appropriate tools and methods.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and cases.
Follow company guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
Fluent French speaker.
Fluent in English.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Strong multitasking abilities and customer orientation.
Adaptability to different customer personalities and communication styles.
Schedule:
Monday to Sunday, with working hours from 09:00 AM to 00:00 PM (flexible shifts).
Work Environment:
Hybrid work options available after the approval of the OPS Manager.
