Concentrix Greece is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Agents in the audio technology industry. In this role, you will provide top-tier customer service via phone, chat, and email, assisting with inquiries related to order shipments, faulty items, replacements, troubleshooting, and product recommendations. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that high customer service standards are met while achieving productivity targets.
Responsibilities:
Handle and document customer interactions through Chat, Phone, and Email.
Provide accurate, timely, and complete information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve individual and team performance goals.
Continuously update product knowledge and technical skills.
Collaborate with the team to maintain outstanding customer service.
Uphold company values and quality standards.
Requirements:
Fluent French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
B2 proficiency in English.
Strong multitasking and computer skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Winter/Summer Time).
Work Environment:
On-site/Hybrid work options available.
7 days initial training and nesting period to familiarize with the product.
