As part of this project, Business Analyst will work on systems responsible for order processing and execution within the CFD Forex Exchange domain. The role involves designing and refining pricing flows for traders and internal products, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.

The candidate will actively collaborate with system users and integrated platforms, gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and contributing to the optimization of trading operations.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic fintech environment, influencing key decision-making processes in order execution, pricing strategies, and system interoperability.

Requirements and responsibilities:

• 3 years of experience
  
• Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
  
  • Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders and users.
  • Ensure all requirements align with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Deadline Management and Planning:
  
  • Strong ability to work within deadlines, including planning workloads.
  • Demonstrate self-control and effective time management skills.
• Adaptability and Learning: Ability to quickly understand and acquire knowledge of a new domain.
  
• Task Formulation and Documentation:
  
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for development teams.
  • Document requirements with clarity and precision.
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
• Proficient in English

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in creating visual representations of requirements:
  
  • Unified Modeling Language (UML)
  • Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
  • Writing and refining of User Stories, Use Cases and Sequence Diagrams

Optional but preferred skills:

• Domain Expertise:
  
• Knowledge of the fintech domain, with an emphasis on CFD trading.
  
• API Knowledge:
  
  • Familiarity with various types of APIs and their specifics (REST API, gRPC, Message queues and brokers)
• CI/CD Process: Experience with CI/CD processes and their role in software development.
  
• Proficiency in Russian
