Αs an HR Business Partner, you'll join our team and play a key role in optimizing HR processes, driving data-driven insights, and supporting our employees through every stage of their journey, all while contributing to a dynamic and engaging workplace culture
Responsibilities
Develop and enhance HR processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company goals
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust data management and governance protocols
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data-driven analysis
Develop and manage the performance review process
Conduct regular reviews and updates to internal policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and relevance
Track and report on metrics related to employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and other key HR areas
Manage the onboarding & off-boarding processes and assist in reducing the turnover of departing employees through data gathering from all leavers
Analyze, review, and manage employee benefits plans to ensure competitive and comprehensive offerings
Participate in the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement activities
Assist the Head of HR in managing the employee grading process, ensuring fairness and consistency
Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and effective people management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Minimum of three years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with a focus on process improvement, data analysis, and metrics tracking
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and comfortable with managing multiple priorities
Strong tolerance of ambiguity and changes
Detail-oriented, creative, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Fluent English
Knowledge of immigration policies and laws, and a great understanding of HR practices and procedures.
